Temecula Estate
We represented the buyer and helped secure an accepted offer in a competitive multiple-offer situation. This was a one-of-a-kind property our client didn’t want to miss, and we positioned their offer to win.

Finding Opportunities (Successfully negotiated a $45,000 reduction from the asking price for our buyers.)
We helped our buyers secure this home even though it was originally outside their price range. At first, they didn’t consider it, but we noticed the home was not selling due to limited marketing (only one photo of the house was being shown.)
After doing our research, we recognized some strong features so we encouraged them to take a closer look.
The property was listed at $660,000, and we successfully negotiated a purchase price of $615,000. With proper marketing highlighting the beautiful backyard, pond, and built-in BBQ area, it likely would have sold much closer to the asking price.
