I bought my first home (by myself) with the help of Leo and Katherine. I had no idea what I was doing to be honest. Thank God I had Leo and Katherine to help me through this whole entire process. Leo and Katherine are amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient, responsive , professional and genuinely cared about getting me in the home I was going to love. They went above and beyond what usual real estate agents usually do for their clients. They are efficient and every time I wanted to see a house they were so quick to get me in especially in this market now you have to have someone work fast for you. They were knowledgeable about the homes we saw, came prepared and answered all my questions and I had a lot. They were so patient with me. I can't say enough great things about this team. I loved the service provided so much I referred them to a friend who was selling his house and he felt the same way as I did. They are easy to talk to and was able to work with me with my crazy work schedule. I can not begin to express my gratitude with the service my family received from Leo & Katherine. They had started with helping us get into a rental but that market was extremely competitive. We were in a tight spot so we decided to buy. They said they could get a house that we would be happy with and close in 30 days. And I can’t believe they did it in 29 days!!! They connected us with an awesome loan advisor, Marina La Valle. We were kept up to date daily. They are extremely knowledgeable and they don’t cut corners. I was so happy with them that I referred my sister who they are currently working with.
